The VisioNeo Sun and VisioNeo Single railing systems for windows by Warema combine a subtle look with certified safety and premium quality. The sun shading specialist is now adding to its range with VisioNeo View, a new glass railing for balconies, harnessing its extensive experience with glass and typical clear design to produce a high-quality safety solution.
Whether you have a balcony or roof terrace, an uninterrupted view of the outside world is particularly valuable. With VisioNeo View, Warema is introducing an elegant glass railing to the market, offering stylish and subtle railing systems that work for both windows and balconies.
Delicate look without compromising
VisioNeo View has a contemporary design with glass that extends above the railing posts, aligning with current building and lifestyle trends. With large glass panels, glass that extends past the sides of the posts and delicate railing posts, it has a distinctively unobtrusive and timeless look. The glass railings blend into any facade, whether in a new build or a renovated property. Flush with the railing posts, the glass railings create a truly classic look – the upper edge of the glass is level with the delicate railing posts.
Whether the railing posts protrude above or are flush with the glass, both variants allow end customers to personalise their property: with a height of up to 180 cm, the railing system offers reliable wind protection. If matte glazing is selected, it also acts as a privacy screen. With more than 200 colours and various surfaces, end customers are free to choose the railing posts that suit their personal tastes.
Glass extending laterally past the posts ensures a particularly clean look by removing the need for railing posts in the corners. The glass is mounted without any clamps to disrupt the look, emphasising the subtle design. The delicate glass edge protection means that load-bearing handrails – which would overshadow the look – are no longer required.
Easy installation
The VisioNeo View system is available with building inspectorate approval and certified structural analysis for the German market. It comes with tailored materials to attach the system to concrete substrates and the complete package can be delivered with or without glass. It can be installed in four ways: from above, from inside, from below or from the front – with balcony cover panel if required. The lateral extension of the glass gives planners freedom while also solving assembly problems in tricky corners.
Safety for all
The almost invisible fall protection systems for floor-to-ceiling windows with sun shading (VisioNeo Sun) and without sun shading (VisioNeo Single) ensure optimal use of daylight and high levels of safety. The glass edge protection for both products comes in an anodised finish as standard. This subtle, high-end look heightens the focus on optimising transparency. Powder coating is also still available for the glass edge protection.
