Alu Pro and Ensinger are pleased to announce that they have entered into exclusive negotiations for the transfer of Thermix® insulating glass spacers business to Alu Pro. Closing of the transaction is expected to complete as soon as possible, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.

Ensinger has been manufacturing Thermix spacers at its production site in Cham (Bavaria) since
1994. Warm edge insulating glass spacers break the thermal bridge effect at windows and reduce the energy required for air conditioning in rooms.
