On September 1, 2025, 52 apprentices and dual students began their professional careers at RENOLIT. The young professionals started their careers at the headquarters in Worms as well as at the German production sites – 27 of them in Worms, 8 more in Frankenthal, 12 in Munich, and 5 in Waldkraiburg.
This means that all training positions for 2025 have been filled and the total number of apprentices and dual students in Germany remains stable at the previous year's level.

Before entering their workplace, trainees and dual students of the four German locations met at the three-day “Welcome Days” in Altleiningen. There, they worked together in various workshops, rallies, and team-building activities while getting to know RENOLIT as an employer and familiarising themselves with its training portfolio.
There are 16 apprenticeship and study programs at RENOLIT, including technical and commercial professions. In addition, the company offers study programs in business administration and engineering. Particularly popular among applicants are the vocational training program “IT Specialist for System Integration (m/f/d)” and the study program “Bachelor of Arts – Digital Business Management.”

In addition to the apprenticeship and study program, RENOLIT also offers a wide range of further training options, such as a one-week social internship, the possibility of working at an international RENOLIT location, and numerous training courses to promote personal, social, and professional skills.

After completing his dual study program at RENOLIT, he now works as the Process Lead of “Recycle to Sustainability” at the company.
