Continental has announced the launch of a new in-house repair film training program at its plant in Weissbach. As part of this initiative, a dedicated training room has been established and fully equipped on-site, creating an optimized environment for practical, hands-on learning.
The training sessions are conducted by Continental’s Application Engineering team and Project Manager, ensuring participants receive expert guidance as well as direct, application-oriented insights. To maintain a high level of quality and interaction, sessions are organized in small groups.
In addition to classroom-based training, participants are offered the opportunity to join a production tour. This additional element provides a deeper understanding of Continental’s manufacturing processes and solutions, complementing the technical training experience.
With this new program, Continental aims to further expand its service portfolio and provide high-quality, practice-oriented training for customers and partners.
