The two software providers are setting a milestone in the windows, doors, and curtain wall industry with this acquisition, laying the foundation for sustainable, mutual growth.
Orgadata is proactively taking the next step to strengthen its leading market position. Under Forterro’s umbrella, Orgadata will form a new division, "Forterro Windows & Doors," headquartered in Leer, Germany. The necessary regulatory approvals are currently underway, with a positive outcome expected by the first quarter of 2025. Until then, Orgadata and Forterro will continue to operate completely independently.
This acquisition marks a significant step in the growth strategy of both companies. With its size, expertise, and established processes, Forterro is perfectly positioned to complement Orgadata's strengths and drive innovation. At the same time, Orgadata provides Forterro with a gateway into the windows, doors, and curtain wall sector, expanding Forterro’s portfolio beyond ERP and production solutions.
We see Forterro as a catalyst for our future growth, one who shares our vision of advancing digitalisation in craftsmanship and providing innovative solutions for our customers' growing challenges – emphasizes Bernd Hillbrands, the founder of Orgadata, who initiated the acquisition.
